Shipping & Delivery
We bake to order and ship on Mondays ONLY to ensure you receive a fresh box of cookies, not one that’s been sitting in a shipping hub over the weekend. So please order by Sunday at 5 p.m. for delivery that week. If you would like an order to be delivered on a specific date we are happy to accommodate, just write us an e-mail with your order and request, we will reply to confirm.
We ship all packages via USPS. If shipping to a “signature waived” address, Hey, Sugar! is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged.
